About the Role

The Senior RMNCAH-N Officer leads the design, implementation, and monitoring of maternal, newborn, child, adolescent health and nutrition programs in pastoralist communities, ensuring quality services through training, mentorship, and referral network strengthening.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee RMNCAH-N program implementation in pastoral communities
• Plan, execute, and monitor field-level activities to achieve project targets
• Provide technical assistance on demand creation, service readiness assessment, capacity building, and quality improvement
• Organize and facilitate training sessions and mentorship programs for healthcare providers
• Coordinate and monitor timely execution of program activities
• Strengthen referral networking among health facilities
• Build relationships with public health facilities, district and regional health systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
