About the Role

The Regional Coordinator oversees the implementation of EngenderHealth’s RMNCH‑N project in Afar, ensuring effective coordination, monitoring, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement to deliver quality maternal and child health services.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage regional project activities to achieve targets
  • Develop annual action plans and collaborate with government partners
  • Provide technical support and coaching to program staff
  • Conduct M&E activities and report on progress
  • Manage budget and ensure financial compliance
  • Lead staff performance management and recruitment
