The Junior Finance and Administration Officer will manage field‑office financial operations, ensuring compliance with donor and internal policies while supporting program budgeting, reporting, and administrative coordination.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures at field office level
- Monitor cash flow, handle petty cash, and prepare bank reconciliations
- Prepare quarterly financial reports and submit to central office
- Manage budgeting, forecast, and track budget vs actuals
- Coordinate financial aspects of travel, events, and procurement
- Support VAT reimbursement and warehouse documentation
- Assist in year‑end audits and liaise with central office grants unit
