The Evidence Generation and Learning Advisor leads the design and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning systems to generate high-quality evidence that informs program improvement for Engender Health Ethiopia.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning systems for program improvement
- Develop comprehensive M&E and evidence generation plans aligned with Engender Health’s portfolio
- Manage and sustain an organization-wide evidence system to ensure high-quality data synthesis and dissemination
- Foster a learning culture and integrate evidence into project design and implementation
- Serve as the key link between MEL and program teams to promote evidence-based decision making
- Provide capacity building training on learning, documentation, and knowledge management
- Assist staff in disseminating findings through reports, presentations, and publications
