The Driver and Liaison Officer will manage the organization’s vehicle operations, ensuring safe driving, routine maintenance, and compliance with policies. The role also includes liaison duties such as document delivery, cash handling, and supporting field activities in Gode.
Responsibilities
- Drive assigned vehicle safely and maintain it in good condition
- Ensure vehicle compliance with safety, insurance, and documentation requirements
- Handle cash settlements under Finance & Admin Officer guidance
- Distribute/collect letters, packages, and project documents
- Assist with utility bill settlement and procurement of office supplies
- Support customs clearance and donation equipment assembly
- Maintain records of official trips and vehicle maintenance logs
