The Store Clerk supports the bank’s supply chain by managing issue tickets, receiving goods, maintaining inventory records, arranging store layouts, and delivering items across branches while ensuring accurate reporting and collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Prepare direct issue tickets and goods receiving notes
- Maintain bin cards and weekly reports for supervisor
- Assist in store layout design based on item categories
- Deliver items to departments, districts, and branches after ticket approval
- Support inventory control with property officers, procurement, and finance
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
