Responsibilities
- Prepare statements of claim and defense
- Draft affidavits and memoranda of appeal
- Report court proceedings
- Attend bank court cases and serve summonses
- Initiate judgment execution processes
- Examine borrower files and obtain updates
- Prepare legal notices to borrowers/mortgagers/pledgers
