The role leads Enat Bank’s capital market strategy, overseeing bond issuance programs, investor relations, regulatory compliance, and team development to support the bank’s funding objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement capital market strategy
- Identify funding opportunities via debt and equity markets
- Prepare prospectuses for bond issuances
- Lead structuring and execution of bond programs, including thematic bonds
- Monitor market trends and investor sentiment
- Recommend innovative capital market instruments
- Maintain relationships with institutional investors and regulators
- Serve as primary contact for investor communications
- Organize investor meetings and roadshows
- Prepare communication materials and presentations
- Coordinate Gender Bond frameworks
- Ensure compliance with laws and directives
- Manage advisors and intermediaries
- Prepare periodic reports to management
- Monitor division KPIs and recommend improvements
- Lead, mentor, and develop staff
