About the Role

The Junior Customer Service Officer handles cash operations, validates payment instruments, manages DRS transfers, and performs related financial transaction duties at Enat Bank.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and deliver physical cash to/from Cash Administrator
  • Collect and validate original payment instruments against the system
  • Issue and sign payment instruments
  • Verify and validate DRS incoming transfers
  • Initiate DRS outgoing transfers
  • Exchange cash denominations and post transactions
