The Junior Customer Service Officer delivers efficient cash handling and banking services at Enat Bank’s Addis Ababa branches, ensuring accurate transactions and exceptional customer support while adhering to all compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer cash transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with banking procedures
- Verify and validate payment instruments and supporting documents before processing transactions
- Process DRS (Domestic Remittance Service) incoming and outgoing transfers
- Perform cash denomination exchanges and record all related transactions
- Provide professional, customer-focused service by addressing inquiries and requests
- Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure proper documentation of daily activities
- Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and compliance requirements
- Assist branch operations and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
