About the Role

Provides comprehensive legal support to Enat Bank’s departments and branches, handling research, drafting, litigation representation, and compliance matters.

Responsibilities

• Render legal advice to departments and branches
• Prepare statements of claim, defence, affidavits and memoranda of appeal
• Draft legal notices and serve court summons
• Represent the bank in litigations and hearings
• Obtain account statements from branches
• Support documentation, case follow-up and reporting
