Responsibilities
- Plan and facilitate youth-role model dialogue sessions
- Coordinate public lectures and workshops on socio-economic participation and entrepreneurial skills
- Organize training for secondary school teachers and establish entrepreneurship clubs
- Manage stakeholder coordination with local government and civil society
- Track KPIs related to youth engagement and club performance
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, protection, and PSEAH policies
