The Social Worker delivers confidential case management, psychosocial support, and referral coordination for GBV survivors in Kemissie. The role also drives community-based protection initiatives, collaborates with partners, maintains records, and upholds safeguarding standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide survivor‑centered case management and psychosocial support
- Facilitate referrals to health, legal, protection and livelihood services
- Support GBV prevention through community outreach and Women’s Support Groups
- Coordinate with partners and report on activities
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies
