About the Role

Veterinarian responsible for maintaining the health and welfare of livestock at ELFORA’s Bishoftu Poultry and Abattoir Operation, overseeing medical care, disease prevention, and quality assurance across integrated farms and processing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee animal health and welfare on the Bishoftu Poultry and Abattoir Operation
• Conduct clinical examinations and administer vaccinations
• Manage disease prevention and control programs
• Supervise farm staff and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Collaborate on livestock production and processing operations
• Ensure quality assurance across integrated farms and facilities
