The ICT Officer will manage ELFORA’s information technology operations, ensuring reliable system performance, network security, and effective user support across the Bishoftu Poultry and Abattoir Operation.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and support IT systems and infrastructure
- Provide network and user support
- Install and update software applications
- Ensure cybersecurity and data backup procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and external service providers
- Document IT processes and configurations
- Assist in IT project planning and execution
