About the Role

The Factory Manager will oversee all aspects of salt production, from operations and quality assurance to procurement and workforce management, ensuring efficient, compliant, and profitable factory performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all factory operations to achieve production targets and quality standards
• Plan, organize, coordinate, direct and control day‑to‑day activities
• Prepare annual budget, schedule expenditures and analyze variances
• Direct operational activities to optimize efficiency
• Review financial statements and performance data to identify cost reductions
• Develop KPIs and manage staff performance
• Implement strategies for business growth and expansion
• Ensure safe and healthy work environment in compliance with regulations
