- Lead and manage aggregate crusher, asphalt plant, and concrete batching system operations
- Oversee daily production activities ensuring efficiency and quality
- Coordinate with EPMO for project governance and reporting
- Implement HRIS platforms for workforce management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in line with the 70/20/10 development model
