The Human Resource Business Partner will lead HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee development, and benefits administration within a digitally integrated environment at EL-Hadar Engineering’s Addis Ababa head office.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Oversee employee relations and performance management initiatives
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Provide coaching and mentorship to staff
- Collaborate with EPMO governance for digitally integrated HR solutions
