The Commercial & Contracts Director will spearhead commercial, procurement, and contractual functions for EL-Hadar Engineering’s large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with legal frameworks and financial objectives while driving team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management activities for large-scale construction projects
• Oversee corporate procurement contracts and ensure compliance with legal standards
• Map macro financial strategies to support project profitability
• Provide strategic leadership to cross-functional teams
• Negotiate and finalize contract terms with stakeholders
