The CBR Supervisor leads technical supervision and quality assurance of community-based rehabilitation workers, ensuring high-standard services and effective monitoring across Ethiopia.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group supervision to CBR workers, including coaching and feedback on support plans and reports
- Ensure correct application of CBR methodologies across all programme domains and manage complex cases with referrals
- Conduct scheduled and unannounced field monitoring visits, verify data accuracy, and compile monthly reports
- Maintain relationships with community stakeholders, coordinate logistics for field activities, and represent the project at meetings
- Adhere to safeguarding policies, report concerns promptly, and ensure consent procedures are followed
