Responsibilities

• Scrutinize and collect visa applications
• Handle customer queries via phone, email or in person
• Process cash and bank transactions accurately
• Enter and maintain application data in the system
• Coordinate passport delivery logistics
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and policies
• Inform applicants about additional services and gather feedback
• Assist in project execution and training programs
