The Biomedical Sales & Service Engineer will drive equipment sales, perform installations and training, manage customer relationships, and support regulatory and logistics activities for ECF Medical Device Import.
Responsibilities
- Sell medical equipment, particularly ICU and laboratory devices
- Conduct installations and provide training to clients
- Identify customer demands and report activities to the General Manager
- Assist with product registration per EFDA requirements
- Participate in customs clearance processes
- Maintain customer information records and send weekly updates
- Promote products and services at client locations
