Production Planning, Control and Dispatching of Vehicles Officer

About the Role

The role involves planning and controlling production schedules, managing resources and inventory, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating vehicle dispatch to support manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly production plans based on sales orders & forecasts
• Develop production schedules and coordinate with production to meet delivery deadlines
• Monitor production progress, identify delays or bottlenecks
• Coordinate with procurement & warehouse to ensure raw material availability
• Maintain inventory levels and monitor material consumption
• Prepare production performance reports and analyze key productivity indicators
• Plan vehicle dispatches for work units
• Manage fuel consumption, maintenance, and renewal of company vehicles
