About the Role

This full‑time role requires an interpreter who bridges communication between the Chinese technical team and local Ethiopian staff at Gelan Factory’s color‑printed workshop. Responsibilities include real‑time interpretation, document translation, training support, and coordination of daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide on‑site interpretation between Chinese supervisors and Ethiopian staff
• Translate workshop documents from Chinese to Amharic
• Assist with training sessions and machine instruction
• Coordinate HR announcements and feedback
• Support daily operations and maintain a professional environment
