About the Role

HR officer responsible for talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, compensation administration, training coordination, and policy compliance to support East Steel PLC’s workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Define role requirements, write job descriptions, and post ads
  • Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, conduct background checks, negotiate salary packages
  • Manage end-to-end induction process and new-hire paperwork
  • Advise on disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Administer performance appraisals and support goal setting
  • Process payroll and manage benefits
  • Develop staff training programs and evaluate effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and update company policies
