HR officer responsible for talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, compensation administration, training coordination, and policy compliance to support East Steel PLC’s workforce.
Responsibilities
- Define role requirements, write job descriptions, and post ads
- Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, conduct background checks, negotiate salary packages
- Manage end-to-end induction process and new-hire paperwork
- Advise on disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Administer performance appraisals and support goal setting
- Process payroll and manage benefits
- Develop staff training programs and evaluate effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and update company policies
