Responsibilities

- Operate Chinese cooking equipment for stir‑fry, deep‑fry, steam, or braise dishes
- Monitor ingredient levels, manage backup supplies, rotate stock using FIFO
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, avoid cross‑contamination, label containers, keep workstation spotless
- Communicate with other kitchen stations, expedite orders during busy rushes, assist senior chefs
