About the Role

The Executive Assistant provides high‑level administrative support to the CEO, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and handling confidential information to enable effective decision‑making.

Responsibilities

  • Manage CEO’s calendar and schedule meetings
  • Coordinate executive meetings and prepare agendas
  • Prepare accurate meeting minutes and follow up on action items
  • Draft, review, and manage executive correspondence and reports
  • Assist in preparing management reports and board documents
  • Maintain confidential records with discretion
  • Coordinate communication between the CEO, senior staff, employees, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Organize travel arrangements and logistics for executive activities
  • Support the CEO in tracking strategic initiatives and deadlines
  • Improve efficiency of the executive office through administrative coordination
