The Executive Assistant provides high‑level administrative support to the CEO, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and handling confidential information to enable effective decision‑making.
Responsibilities
- Manage CEO’s calendar and schedule meetings
- Coordinate executive meetings and prepare agendas
- Prepare accurate meeting minutes and follow up on action items
- Draft, review, and manage executive correspondence and reports
- Assist in preparing management reports and board documents
- Maintain confidential records with discretion
- Coordinate communication between the CEO, senior staff, employees, clients, and external stakeholders
- Organize travel arrangements and logistics for executive activities
- Support the CEO in tracking strategic initiatives and deadlines
- Improve efficiency of the executive office through administrative coordination
