About the Role

The Regional Sales Manager leads sales operations within a designated region, driving revenue growth, managing distributor networks, and ensuring the execution of strategic sales initiatives while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve regional sales and profitability targets
  • Drive primary and secondary sales across all channels
  • Lead, coach, and manage Area Sales Managers and distributor teams
  • Monitor sales KPIs and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure effective distributor management including stock control and credit management
  • Develop strong relationships with key distributors and customers
  • Conduct regular sales reviews and business performance evaluations
  • Ensure timely order fulfillment and product availability
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Production teams for demand forecasting and sales planning
  • Prepare and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly business plans
  • Monitor regional sales reports and provide actionable recommendations
