The Regional Sales Manager leads sales operations within a designated region, driving revenue growth, managing distributor networks, and ensuring the execution of strategic sales initiatives while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Achieve regional sales and profitability targets
- Drive primary and secondary sales across all channels
- Lead, coach, and manage Area Sales Managers and distributor teams
- Monitor sales KPIs and implement corrective actions
- Ensure effective distributor management including stock control and credit management
- Develop strong relationships with key distributors and customers
- Conduct regular sales reviews and business performance evaluations
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and product availability
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Production teams for demand forecasting and sales planning
- Prepare and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly business plans
- Monitor regional sales reports and provide actionable recommendations
