- Collect pro‑forma invoices and supplier quotations
- Submit quotations to Procurement Officers
- Deliver purchase orders to suppliers
- Receive payments and bank transfer documents
- Inspect and receive materials using transporters
- Submit receipts to warehouse personnel
- Assist Local Procurement Division Manager as needed
