The Finance Manager will oversee all financial operations of East African Agri-Business, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and strategic financial management to support growth in tea and coffee production.
Responsibilities
- Lead all financial operations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian tax laws and regulations
- Manage statutory reporting, audits, and external auditor relationships
- Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations
- Establish internal controls and financial policies
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and treasury functions
- Analyze financial data for cost reduction and profitability improvement
- Support business planning and investment analysis
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
