About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, network and system issues
  • Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals
  • Respond to user requests within SLAs
  • Diagnose and resolve connectivity problems
  • Support LAN/WAN and wireless networks
  • Manage user accounts and access permissions
