About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and partners
  • Support front desk and reception activities
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as filing and record keeping
  • Maintain store and inventory records
  • Collect and deliver checks, documents, payments, and materials
  • Support office procurement and operational follow-up
