About the Role

The General Manager leads all non-academic operations at DUKA International School, ensuring efficient, compliant, and sustainable management across two campuses while supporting academic excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across both campuses
  • Develop and monitor SOPs for administrative functions
  • Manage budget planning, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and HR policy management
  • Ensure facilities maintenance, safety, and compliance with regulations
  • Maintain procurement and vendor relationships
  • Implement school-wide information systems
  • Prepare operational reports for the Board of Directors
  • Represent the school in government and community relations
