The General Manager leads all non-academic operations at DUKA International School, ensuring efficient, compliant, and sustainable management across two campuses while supporting academic excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across both campuses
- Develop and monitor SOPs for administrative functions
- Manage budget planning, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and HR policy management
- Ensure facilities maintenance, safety, and compliance with regulations
- Maintain procurement and vendor relationships
- Implement school-wide information systems
- Prepare operational reports for the Board of Directors
- Represent the school in government and community relations
