About the Role

The Microbiologist conducts microbiological testing to ensure product safety and hygiene across all production stages, supports quality assurance and food safety systems, and maintains compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
• Monitor microbial safety and hygiene standards during production
• Collect, prepare, and analyze samples per lab procedures
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and reports
• Investigate contamination risks and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of lab equipment
• Support QA and food safety programs
• Assist with internal audits and regulatory inspections
