About the Role

A Junior Nurse supporting physiotherapy treatments, managing vital signs, maintaining infection control, administering therapies, and coordinating patient care under supervision.

Responsibilities

Take instruction from Physical Therapist and head nurse
Record and monitor vital signs and basic nursing assessment
Provide quality and compassionate nursing care professionally
Maintain clean therapy area to prevent infection
Administer treatments such as electrotherapy under supervision
Arrange and pack equipment for physical exercises
Interact with patients to obtain medical history
Sanitize reusable equipment and facilities
Keep records of daily patient progress
Assist in transporting patients within the facility
Encourage home exercise routines
Observe patients for potential health issues
Suggest treatment adjustments based on observations
