About the Role

Responsible for full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with Ethiopian labor laws within Droga Pharma PLC.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation
  • Maintain talent pipeline
  • Serve as primary HR contact for employee concerns
  • Foster positive work environment and resolve conflicts
  • Support engagement initiatives
  • Conduct disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Design performance management processes
  • Assist managers with reviews and improvement plans
  • Identify training opportunities
  • Prepare payroll in coordination with Finance
  • Administer benefits and leave
  • Benchmark salaries
  • Maintain accurate employee records
  • Prepare monthly HR reports
  • Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor regulations
  • Develop HR policies and procedures
  • Support leadership development and succession planning
  • Serve as brand ambassador
