Responsible for full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with Ethiopian labor laws within Droga Pharma PLC.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation
- Maintain talent pipeline
- Serve as primary HR contact for employee concerns
- Foster positive work environment and resolve conflicts
- Support engagement initiatives
- Conduct disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Design performance management processes
- Assist managers with reviews and improvement plans
- Identify training opportunities
- Prepare payroll in coordination with Finance
- Administer benefits and leave
- Benchmark salaries
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Prepare monthly HR reports
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor regulations
- Develop HR policies and procedures
- Support leadership development and succession planning
- Serve as brand ambassador
