About the Role

Support the company’s legal team by researching cases, drafting documents, managing case files, handling court filings, and assisting in debt recovery to protect its interests.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research for litigation, dispute resolution, debt recovery, and documentation
• Prepare drafts of briefs or arguments for supervisor review
• Assist in recovering outstanding debts from defaulting customers
• File pleadings with court clerks and pay court fees
• Serve summons and notices to opposing counsel and defaulting customers
• Follow up on court rulings and obtain certified copies of judgments
• Submit periodic progress reports on assigned activities
• Ensure safe storage of all legal documents and files
