About the Role

Senior Finance Officer responsible for managing comprehensive financial reporting, compliance, tax obligations, and strategic advisory within an import/export company.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage financial & management reports, including reconciliations, cash flow analyses, balance sheets, and utilization reports
  • Prepare annual financial statements for stakeholders
  • Ensure timely settlement of statutory tax obligations (VAT, withholding tax, etc.)
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business strategy
  • Facilitate external audits each fiscal year
  • Design KPI dashboards and monitoring tools
  • Advise CEO/GM/Board on financial sustainability and expansion
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, and government agencies
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, budgets, and finance team
  • Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders
