About the Role

The Warehouse Supervisor manages day‑to‑day warehouse operations, leading a team while maintaining accurate inventory records in an ERP/WMS environment and ensuring seamless integration with financial processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance
  • Develop and maintain a playbook of key warehouse processes
  • Oversee accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in the WMS and ERP system
  • Manage financial master data and integrate production data into financial reports
  • Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipping with sales, import, manufacturing, logistics, and finance teams
  • Monitor inventory valuation and standard costing within the ERP system
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational regulations
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and productivity reports
