The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, manages inventory within ERP systems, leads a team, ensures accurate reporting, and coordinates closely with cross‑functional departments to meet company logistics and financial objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train and supervise warehouse staff
- Maintain and update inventory records in WMS/ERP
- Coordinate picking, packing and shipping of orders
- Collaborate with sales, manufacturing, logistics and finance teams
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and financial controls
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on inventory and productivity
