The Site Acquisition Supervisor drives the procurement of battery swapping locations, ensuring technical, electrical, and contractual readiness to support Dodai’s rapid expansion across Ethiopia.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise site scouting team to identify suitable battery swapping locations
- Review proposed sites against selection criteria
- Manage relationships with landlords and property owners
- Collect and validate required landlord documentation
- Facilitate lease agreement preparation and signing
- Oversee electrical and operational readiness, including transformer installation and permitting
- Monitor active sites and handle follow‑ups post‑installation
- Secure replacement sites if needed
- Support network expansion strategy
