Oversee the acquisition of battery swapping sites for Dodai’s expanding network, ensuring each location meets technical and operational standards while managing landlord negotiations and lease processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead site scouting team to identify suitable battery swapping locations
• Assess sites against technical, electrical, and commercial criteria
• Negotiate with landlords and manage lease agreements
• Coordinate transformer installation and regulatory approvals
• Monitor site readiness and follow up on installations
• Secure replacement sites when needed
