The Site Acquisition Supervisor drives the rapid deployment of 40 battery swapping locations, overseeing scouting, lease negotiations, and technical readiness to support Dodai’s expanding electric vehicle network.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise site scouting team to identify suitable battery swapping locations
- Assess proposed sites against technical, electrical, operational, and commercial criteria
- Manage relationships with landlords and property owners
- Coordinate lease agreement preparation and signing at official registration services
- Oversee electrical readiness including transformer installation and permitting
- Monitor active sites and handle post-installation follow-ups
- Secure replacement sites when needed
- Support expansion strategy by ensuring site readiness for network deployment
