About the Role

Oversee the safe, efficient operation of Dodai’s master charging station, leading a team of technicians while managing battery flow, safety compliance, and continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily charging station operations and ensure safety
• Plan battery flow to maintain inventory levels
• Monitor charging schedules and operational efficiency
• Lead and train junior technicians and staff
• Enforce safety protocols and PPE usage
• Prepare operational reports and track KPIs
• Escalate technical issues and support continuous improvement
