Oversee the safe and efficient operation of Dodai’s master charging station, managing a team of technicians, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and driving continuous improvement in charging workflows.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily charging station operations ensuring safety and efficiency
- Plan battery flow to maintain inventory levels for swap stations
- Monitor charging schedules, turnaround times, and operational KPIs
- Ensure technicians follow SOPs and safety protocols
- Support troubleshooting of equipment and coordinate with logistics
- Lead, coach, and schedule team members
- Enforce compliance with lithium battery handling and PPE use
