The role supervises daily operations at Dodai’s master charging station, ensuring safe, efficient battery handling while leading a technical team and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily battery charging operations and ensure safety
- Plan battery flow to maintain inventory levels for swap stations
- Monitor charging schedules, turnaround time, and operational efficiency
- Verify equipment readiness and enforce SOPs
- Review logs and reports for accuracy
- Escalate technical issues and support troubleshooting
- Coordinate with logistics for timely battery availability
- Lead, coach, and schedule junior technicians
- Maintain discipline and accountability of the team
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Prepare operational reports and track KPIs
