The Procurement Team Lead will oversee the full procurement cycle, manage a team, negotiate high-value contracts, maintain supplier relationships, ensure policy compliance, and drive cost‑saving initiatives to support Dodai’s manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement cycle from vendor identification to delivery monitoring
- Supervise junior team members and manage performance
- Negotiate contracts for favorable pricing and terms
- Evaluate suppliers on quality, reliability, compliance and value
- Build strong supplier relationships with diversity and sustainability focus
- Collaborate with Finance, Battery Systems, Commercial, Customer Experience, Manufacturing & Engineering, and Supply Chain teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Identify cost-saving initiatives and process improvements
- Approve supplier invoices and prepare procurement reports
- Maintain detailed records of purchases and logistics
