Supports the implementation and maintenance of OSHE programs at Dodai Manufacturing, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting inspections, investigations, training, and fostering a safe work environment across all facilities.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain safety policies and procedures
- Conduct safety inspections of production areas, equipment, logistics operations, and work processes
- Assist in accident and incident investigations and recommend preventive measures
- Support delivery of safety training programs and emergency response procedures
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, corrective actions, and training activities
- Support development and implementation of safety campaigns and awareness initiatives
- Collaborate with EHS teams, supervisors, and employees to maintain a safe workplace
- Stay updated on occupational safety regulations and best practices
- Support internal audits related to quality, safety, health, and environmental compliance
- Identify, report, and assist in correcting unsafe acts, conditions, and practices
- Promote a positive safety culture through communication and engagement initiatives
- Assist in environmental compliance monitoring and implementation of environmental management practices
- Prepare safety reports and support management with safety performance data
- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
