Responsibilities
- Source quotations and compare supplier offers
- Follow up with suppliers and transport providers to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and deliveries
- Track orders and update relevant records for real‑time status updates
- Maintain procurement documents in accordance with company procedures
- Manage vendor relationships through regular communication
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and pricing trends
- Ensure all procurement and logistics activities comply with company policies and legal regulations
- Collaborate with departments to understand procurement needs and delivery priorities
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within procurement and logistics operations
- Perform other tasks as directed by supervisor
