Responsibilities
- Perform battery swaps within 2 minutes per transaction using Dodai mobile app
- Greet riders and provide customer support at the station
- Track inventory of charged, depleted, and faulty batteries
- Handle charging and storage of batteries following safety procedures
- Inspect equipment daily for functionality
- Maintain station cleanliness and hazard-free environment
- Log issues and report to supervisor
- Assist with minor repairs, restocking, or setting up new stations as needed
